Our Story

I’m Sonika Singh, Founder of Premier People Partners, based in Delhi. I’ve spent nearly two decades building and scaling high-performing teams across global markets.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked closely with CXOs and senior leadership teams on hiring decisions that directly shape business performance, execution, and growth. My work has consistently involved building teams from the ground up, and hiring into roles where the impact of getting it right — or wrong — is immediately visible.

Having led global talent acquisition in a FinTech environment, I’ve seen firsthand where hiring creates momentum — and where it holds organisations back. I was part of the early team in India and went on to play a central role in shaping and executing talent strategy, first locally and then globally, in fast-scaling environments.
